Delivery of chairs is by courier and requires a signature upon receipt. Please sign as “unchecked”. Ensure you advise us of any damage, loss or faults within 24 hours in order to make a valid return claim. If you require personal delivery with set up and install, please call or email regarding availability and costs, PRIOR TO PLACING ORDER ONLINE. Please note that we do not offer a bespoke personal delivery to all UK postcodes so please do contact us first.
Our couriers are only insured to deliver items to goods inwards, reception or your front door
Individual desk orders are delivered flat-packed for self assembly. On-site installation is available by special arrangement. Larger installations are professionally installed and costed accordingly.
Sale or Return Policy
If goods have been supplied on sale or return and you wish to return them within the 14-day trial period, you must first phone the office to obtain a Returns Note and Number. Goods must then be returned in their original packaging with the original Delivery Note and Returns Note enclosed. We do not refund the outward carriage charge nor do we pay for the cost of return
